- You'll need
11,000 to unlock this ability - Azure Cyclone can only be unlocked after discovering 4 Mea Culpa Shrines and learning Ascending Edge
- Players will need to use the Mea Culpa Shrine and spend Tears of Atonement to unlock an ability.
