The first collectible you'll acquire in the game. You'll run across a wooden platform that's above the path you'll pass. Climb up the wooden platform then jump down to the left side of it to open up a secret area.

There are two ways to obtain this item. Complete Gemino's side quest or have either of the Blood Perpetuated In Sand and the Linen of Golden Thread equipped. If you have the items, head to the right-hand side and use the red platforms to climb up. If you've completed Gemino's quest, from the Prie Dieu, go straight to the left side and head inside a cave at the end, simply follow the path until you find an opening you can drop down into.

Use the elevator and ride it to the top. Then head right and climb up the tall room and use the red platforms to continue going up, then wall climb by using the vines until you reach the platform that has this collectible. Must have the Blood Perpetuated In Sand equipped.

From the room that has a Prie Dieu, head to the far right side until you see a ladder. At the top of the platform of the ladder, there's a big chalice. Hit the wall behind it to reveal a secret room.

Drop down to the left side from the door of the Desecrated Cistern entrance and follow the path downward.

Must be accessed from the bottom entrance through the Mountains of the Endless Dusk. Speak to Redento, enter the door to the left-hand side and go through the maze.

Accessible after the boss fight against Exposito and must have the Linen of Golden Thread relic equipped. Simply jump into the pit below the elevator to find it on the ground below.

Must have the Linen of Golden Thread relic equipped. Use the elevator from Grievance Ascends and head up. Then jump off from the top and hug the right side of the wall until you fall and reach the platform at the bottom part.

Climb to the peak of the location until the path splits into two. You'll find it in the room on the right side, simply use the wind to help you reach the gap.

At the starting section, just by the Prie Dieu, take the upper right exit and follow the path until you reach a ladder. Climb it, and go left at the top of the room. You'll need to jump across the platforms until you reach the next room. Must have the Moss Preserved in Glass relic equipped.

Must have the Blood Perpetuated In Sand to climb the red platforms, as well as Three Gnarled Tongues. You'll find this inside a room which is two other rooms from the first Prie Dieu with Diosdado. You'll find the collectible on a wooden platform that's hard to reach and requires the said relics.

You'll come across a room that has a large swinging pendulum. Head towards the room to the left where you'll find yourself inside a room that has two pits. Fall down the right side and hug the wall where you'll land on a platform where you'll find it.
