Heart of Oils is a Mea Culpa Heart in Blasphemous. Heart of Oils is a passive ability that increases the strength of The Penitent One. Mea Culpa Hearts are categorized as a weapon modification that is slotted into the Mea Culpa. These trinkets add various passive buffs and effects once it is equipped.

- Head towards the room that has a Prie Dieu which is directly below the elevator. Once you reach the Prie Dieu, head to the room that's on the left side where you'll find this modification.
