Immaculate Bead Usage

As the Penitent One dies with the Immaculate Bead equipped, the bead will absorb his Guilt, and transform assuming a different name every time.

After dying three times with the bead equipped, it will transform into the Weight of True Guilt, which allows the Penitent One to enter the portals left behind by destroyed Statues of Confessors.
