Key to the Chamber of the Eldest Brother is a Quest Item in Blasphemous. Key to the Chamber of the Eldest Brother is used to open a door at the Brotherhood of the Silent Sorrow. Quest Items are specifically found in specific areas of a Location, given by an NPC, or are obtained as a reward from defeating a boss.
A forbidden key that was guarded by the Eldest Brother of the Brotherhood, but was eventually lost, thus forever sealing the chamber it opened.
