Linen of Golden Thread is a Relic in Blasphemous. Linen of Golden Thread is a passive ability that allows The Penitent One to descend into bottomless pits, allowing him to survive the fall. Relics, similar to the Rosary Beads, are also categorized as an augmentation that is slotted into The Penitent One's relic holder. Once it is equipped, these trinkets increase add buffs and effects that aid The Penitent One throughout its journey.
Product of a spinning wheel that only turned on full moon nights, this thin thread was plaited to immortalise its progeny. Bestowed as a gift by the first-born, it allows The Penitent One to descend into bottomless abysses.
Members of The Mother came and took the painting away as soon as I told them it was finished. They didn't say a word, they just covered it up and carried it away.
