Relics in Blasphemous are categorized as special passive skills. Relics are items that provide passive skills to The Penitent One once it is equipped. These passive skills focus on providing The Penitent One techniques that can help in traversing the land of Orthodoxia, skills such as gaining the ability to reveal secret areas. Relics can be obtained as loot found at specified areas of a location, given by NPCs, as quest rewards, boss drops, and can also be purchased from Merchants. There are relics that can help in platforming, in discovering the lore and History of Cvstodia, and even Relics that can help The Penitent One unsurvivable falls.

How to Equip Relics in Blasphemous
Once you have found your first relic in Blasphemous, all you have to do now is to equip it. To do this, access your inventory tab and switch to the Relics tab. You can identify this tab by the heading name at the top and then the 3 blank squares on the right of your screen. There are 3 slots for you to equip and combine relics in Blasphemous.
Depending on your situation, you can combine up to 3 Relics for use at a time. This will allow you to form a combination that is needed for the environment that you are in.
Where to Get Relics in Blasphemous?
Relics can be found across the different areas in Blasphemous. Certain relics require key items or quests to be completed first before being rewarded the Relics. Relics are usually found inside hidden rooms, or you will need keys to gain access to new areas.
