Endings in Blasphemous contains different conclusions of the game that depends on the player's actions/choices made throughout a completed playthrough. These endings unlock different achievements and outcomes of the game's story.

Endings in Blasphemous
Ending A - The Path of the Believer
Ending A is the "True Ending". Acquiring this outcome unlocks the Achievement: The Path of the Believer
Conditions
- Find the Immaculate Bead
- Equip the Immaculate Bead and die three times to obtain the Weight of True Guilt
- Find and destroy all Confessor Statues
- Complete each statues' challenge
- Fight the final boss, His Holiness Escribar
You'll need to locate the Immaculate Bead which is found at the Graveyard of the Peaks next to a Confessor Statue. After obtaining the Rosary Bead, equip it and die three times in order to obtain its true form, the Weight of True Guilt. Once you have its final form, you can destroy the Confessor Statues (total of 7) and complete each trial. After destroying it all, face the final boss, His Holiness Escribar.
Ending B - The Path of the Unworth
Ending B is the "Bad Ending". Acquiring this outcome unlocks the Achievement: The Path of the Unworth
Conditions
- Leave the Immaculate Bead
- Do not destroy all Confessor Statues
- Fight the final boss, His Holiness Escribar
Simply complete the game and fight the final boss, His Holiness Escribar without completing the trials of the Confessor Statue, and just leave the Immaculate Bead.
