The Damned is an enemy in Blasphemous. The Damned is a group of convicts and unwanted humans whom have been executed and was given life by The Miracle into a horrific being, their faces appear to be disfigured and were killed by stoning. These enemies are creatures that appeared after a curse known as The Miracle fell upon the land of Cvstodia.

- Once The Penitent One is within its range, they spring out from the ground and start to throw medium-sized rocks towards their target. They can be annoying to deal with when you need to climb certain areas or when there are other enemies. It is recommended to kill them first before shifting your focus towards the rest of the enemies.
