Amanecida of the Golden Blades is a Boss in Blasphemous. Amanecida of the Golden Blades is a boss added in Stir of Dawn DLC. Bosses are unique Enemies that are uniquely named and must be defeated to unlock new areas, progress the game, and obtain unique gear.
To summon the Amanecida of the Golden Blades, players must interact with Jibrael found at Echoes of Salt who will ask players: "Do you want to make the Bronze Sing?", by saying Yes, players will gain access to the boss room.

Item Recommendation: Quirce's Scorched Bead
The Amanecida of the Golden Blades begins the fight with a purple crystal shield protecting her from any damage. Continuously attacking this shield will wear this off and eventually break off the armor. From here, you will be able to attack the boss. You will not gain any Fervor while attacking the shield as it doesn't count as hitting the boss directly. Make sure to attack this shield first before you try to cast any skills.
The boss will also regenerate her armor by floating upwards and staying there for a few seconds. This is an opening to land attacks on her but be careful of the explosion right before her armor is regenerated. The same thing will follow as the first part of the fight, keep attacking her until the crystal armor breaks off.
Her primary attacks will consist of Axe Throws, Axe Lunge Strike, and Axe Smash. These attacks are fairly quick and allow ample area for dodging and movement. Just make sure to pay attention to the direction where the axes are going so you're not going to get hit. These attacks also cannot be blocked or parried, but players need to jump over the attacks or avoid them entirely.
The Amanecida of the Golden Blades also uses charged-up attacks that give an opening for hits for a few seconds right before they unleash their fatal attack. You can run up to her and attack her, then dodge right before her attack is unleashed. Take note that the axe throw attacks have a curved trajectory and make sure to pay attention to their direction so you can jump at the right time.
Once The Amanecida of the Golden Blades is left with 25% of her HP, her attacks will become increasingly deadlier and faster. Pillars of Fire will now appear at the edges of the screen and will make the arena much smaller than when the fight first started. The axes will be moving faster, and she will now teleport all across your screen. The pixels for dodging will also get smaller so you have to be careful to not get in front of her attacks. If you defeat the boss you will see the writing "REQUIEM AETERNAM" on the screen.

| Axe Throw | This attack will begin from either side of the arena while she's flying. She will charge up her attack and then throw the axe toward the ground. This attack will create a blast wave with damaging explosions. This attack can be jumped over and timing must be observed. |
| Axe Lunge Strike | The Amanecida will quickly teleport to the location of The Penitent One to try and crush him with her axe. Simply dodge and go in the opposite direction to avoid getting hit. |

| Axe Smash | The Amanecida will move towards the center of the arena and will slam the ground up to 4 times as the floor beneath her rises up. This attack can be jumped over. |
| Fiery Shockwave | Watch out as the Amanecida's body starts to gather orange particles you will notice that she is charging up an attack, and leaves behind a few images. She is going for a fatal attack that will cause her to hold up her axe with all her might and then swing it to send a fiery shockwave in The Penitent One's direction. She will dash quickly across the arena and will release the attacks quickly. This attack can be jumped over to avoid getting damaged. |
Amanecida of the Golden Blades Lore
Each of the Amanecidas is a reflection of Laudes, The First of the Amanecidas. Amanecida of the Golden Blades uses a Bow and Arrow to attack and is seen wearing a crimson red robe with golden linings. Just like the others, she has a golden skull and can be summoned by interacting with Jibrael.Every time an Amanecida is defeated, their weapon will be displayed at the Hall of the Dawning.

- To identify a boss, a short cutscene will start and its name and health bar will appear at the middle bottom of the screen.
