Laudes, The First of the Amanecidas is a Boss in Blasphemous. Laudes, The First of the Amanecidas is the culmination of the other 4 Amanecidas. In this fight, you will be fighting all 4 of the Amanecidas in a single arena. Bosses are unique Enemies that are uniquely named and must be defeated in order to unlock new areas, progress the game, and to obtain unique gear.

The fight against Laudes, The First of the Amanecidas starts off just like the four other Amanecidas. In this fight, you will also be fighting the Four other Amanecidas in one arena. The same strategy will apply and just watch out basically for whichever Amanecida will show up in the arena. The boss will also regenerate her armor by floating upwards and staying there for a few seconds. This is an opening to land attacks on her but be careful of the explosion right before her armor is regenerated. The same thing will follow as the first part of the fight, keep attacking her until the crystal armor breaks off. See the Combat guide for more info.
If you defeat the boss you will see the writing "REQUIEM AETERNAM" on the screen.

| Rain of Light | The arrows are projectile and can be dodged by observing the direction the arrows are going. Simply avoid the direction the arrows are going. |
| Lightning Bolt | The lightning attack can be avoided by staying on the same side she is shooting from, or behind the Amanecida. Jump up in the air and stall right before the last bolt hits. |
| Volley of Arrows | The Amanecida will move around the screen swiftly and shoot out arrows, and dodging and quick reflexes are needed to avoid getting damaged. |
| Light of the Amanecidas | Watch out for the lower corners of your screen as the attack will be coming from there. A heavily charged attack will be initiated but simply climbing up a wall and staying there is the way to avoid getting damaged. |

| Exploding Ghost | This attack can be identified by the greenish image left by the boss, like an apparition. This will explode after a few seconds and must be avoided. Simply move away from the image to avoid getting hit. |
| Sword Lunge | This attack will be marked by hearing a scream from her, and then she will quickly lunge at you. The area-of-effect of this attack is pretty wide and parrying works best for this type of attack. |
| Quick Sword Strike | The Amanecida will fly randomly in the screen and will send out an attack of projectile towards The Penitent One. Look out for the direction of the projectile and this can be avoided entirely. |
| Blades Attack | The boss will stand in the center of the arena and will begin spinning. Afterward, particles will begin to float toward her location and tornadoes will be launched toward The Penitent One. The idea is to stay close as she is charging up the attacks, and then go the opposite way right before she releases her attacks. |

| Axe Throw | This attack will begin from either side of the arena and she will slam the ground to create a blast wave with damaging explosions. This attack can be jumped over and timing must be observed. |
| Axe Lunge Strike | The Amanecida will quickly teleport to the location of The Penitent One to try and crush him with her axe. Simply dodge and go in the opposite direction to avoid getting hit. |
| Axe Smash | The Amanecida will move towards the center of the arena and will slam the ground up to 4 times as the floor beneath her rises up. This attack can be jumped over. |
| Fiery Shockwave | Watch out for the Orange particles that will begin forming on the Amanecida's body. She will dash quickly across the arena and will release the attacks quickly. This attack can be jumped over, dashed through, or blocked. |

| Rain of Thorns | Thorns will form at the ceiling of the arena and will periodically fall during the fight. Make sure to pay attention to this as getting hit is very fatal to The Penitent One. She will also continuously attack you from the ground but players can parry this attack. |
| Dash | When the Amanecida of the Molten Thorn starts to move around the screen quickly, this is her dash. You will get damaged if you get in her way but this can be easily parried. |
| Lance Strike | This is when she uses her weapon to attack you normally with her weapon. There are no audio warnings for these attacks and the best way to counter them is to parry. She can also appear at any part of the screen so this can be very dangerous. |
| Crystal Drops | Watch out for the lower corners of your screen as the attack will be coming from there. A heavy charged attack will be initiated but simply climbing up a wall and staying there is the way to avoid getting damaged. |

Laudes, The First of the Amanecidas is the culmination of all the other Amanecidas. Laudes, The First of the Amanecidas is a guardian to the Miracle summoned by Jibrael each time he rings his bronze instrument. Laudes, The First of the Amanecidas can be seen wearing a purple robe marked with golden linings.
The Amanecidas are guardians to The Twisted One each time it goes out in public, and they first came to be when a young believer prayed for a punishment. The Miracle then turned the young believer into The Twisted One and the Amanecidas are guardians of this young believer. The Amanecidas, originally known as a woman named Laudes, became a devotee to The Twisted One. Later on, her body was incarnated into four reflections or images of Laudes.
